South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov have met with members of the delegation, which is sent as observers at the elections in Donetsk and Luhansk.
The President stressed that the recognition of these republics by South Ossetia was the timely and correct decision.
"We have supported these republics and this support will be permanent," - said the president.
Leonid Tibilov conveyed sincere greetings to the leadership of Donetsk and Luhansk.
"Today these republics are on the threshold of important political events. There is confidence that the elections will be held in a democratic atmosphere and people who have determined their path, will hold the elections adequately," - said the president.
In turn, the Parliament Speaker Anatoly Bibilov, who led the delegation, thanked the leadership of the Republic for trust.
"This is the first official delegation of South Ossetia, which will participate in the elections in Donetsk and Luhansk, and which should be held in the democratic atmosphere," - said Bibilov.
