"Strengthening bilateral relations and the development of integration processes with Russia is a strategic priority of South Ossetia. I think the formation of a common space of defense and integration in socio-economic sphere is not only a response to the growing instability in the world and regional threat, but also evidence of the unique relationship between South Ossetia and Russia. It is symbolic that the signing of the agreement coincided with the day of the reunification of the Crimea with Russia. "Comfortable streets have transformed the capital, restored 82 houses, construction of four apartment buildings with a total area of 27,000 square meters. These measures have helped to solve the problem of housing for 140 families. The construction of the road Tskhinval-Leningor is of strategic importance for the Republic. It was opened a number of educational institutions in rural areas, construction of the National Museum, the state concert hall "Chermen," began the construction of the State Drama Theatre. In 2015, in the framework of the investment program is planned to implement 16 activities, including the improvement of the six streets, reconstruction of the destroyed housing, construction of 23 thousand square meters of housing.

The volume of the Russian financial aid for three years is more than nine billion rubles.
