The Boris Galaev State Song and Dance Group of South Ossetia "Simd" is preparing for a major solo concert at the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, the press service of the creative team reports.
"The concert will take place on March 7 as part of the exchange cultural events of Russia and South Ossetia and will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory, in particular, to the heroic residents of the besieged Leningrad, all those who died and survived in the fight against fascism," the press service has noted.
The solo concert of "Simd" is the opportunity to present the Ossetian culture on one of the most prestigious stages in the world.
