President Anatoly Bibilov will address the message to the people and Parliament of South Ossetia, the presidential press service reports.
In accordance with paragraph 19 of Article 50 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia, the President’s message addresses the situation in the country and the main directions of the state’s foreign and domestic policy.
The announcement of the President’s message to the people and Parliament of the Republic will take place on March 25, 2020 in the conference hall of the Parliament and will be broadcast live by the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Ir”.
