Over the weekend, 39 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected in South Ossetia, 1,064 people are under the supervision of doctors on an outpatient and inpatient basis, the head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, Marina Kochieva, told IA "RES " on Monday.
"Over the weekend, 187 people have been tested for coronavirus (10996 in total during the pandemic), the COVID-19 virus was first detected in 39 people (since September 15, 1787). Today, there are 147 citizens with a laboratory-confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus in medical organizations," Kochieva said.
She has clarified that 87 patients are in the RMMC of Tskhinval, 17 people are in the district hospitals: in Znaur - 4, in Kvaisa - 11, in Leningor - 2.
According to the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, 56 people have been removed from the register on Monday morning.
In South Ossetia, mass events are prohibited, residents of the republic are obliged to wear masks and observe social distance.
