"Days of the Ossetian Theater" will be held in Moscow from 5 to 8 April. We will present to the spectators of the Russian capital the performances of Antigone by J. According to him, the Central House of Actor will provide the South Ossetian State Drama Theater with three chamber stages for showing performances and holding the evening.
The events will be organized in Moscow with the aim of popularizing Ossetian culture.
The play "Antigone" was staged by director Tamerlane Dzudtsov based on the play of the same name by the French playwright and screenwriter Jean Anouil and the ancient Greek playwright Sophocles in 2018. The image of Antigone in the play is presented by a young artist of the South Ossetian theater Zarina Bekoeva, the role of her beloved Gemon is played by Andrei Chochiev. The role of Creon on the stage is embodied by the famous Ossetian actor - People's Artist of South Ossetia Soslan Bibilov.
The tragedy play "Fando and the Fox" directed by Jan Janowski was written by the Spanish-French playwright Fernando Arrabal. The union of one of the most eminent actors of the South Ossetian theater scene, Soslan Bibilov, and an equally brilliant representative of the South Ossetian theater, Natia Chokheli, who embodied the images of Fando and Fox on the stage, is truly mesmerizing.
