Ministry of Economic Development of South Ossetia and the Russian National Committee for the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (RNC BSEC) signed a Memorandum of Intention to establish cooperation in the development of the mining industry in South Ossetia, the press service of the government of South Ossetia reported.
"The Memorandum was signed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development of the Republic Dzambolat Tadtayev and Chairman of the Russian National Committee for Black Sea Economic Cooperation Viktor Arkhipov," the press service said.
They have added that the parties noted mutual interest in developing cooperation in terms of restoring and developing the mining and metallurgical industry on the basis of the Kvaisa deposit in the territory of the Republic.
