Ramzan Kadyrov sent a congratulatory message to Alan Gagloev
Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic, Aishat Kadyrova, was awarded the highest state award, the Order of Friendship, by the decree of President of South Ossetia, Alan Gagloev.
The award on behalf of the President to the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic Maret Baysarova was handed over by Prime Minister of the Republic Konstantin Dzhussoev after the concert of the Vainakh Group at the State Drama Theater in Tskhinval.
In turn, Baysarova, on behalf of Aishat Kadyrova, expressed her gratitude to President of South Ossetia.
“On my own behalf, I would like to add that Aishat Ramzanovna, like no one else, deserves this order, because today I think it is the most important thing to develop friendly relations between the regions. And our Minister of Culture is doing it,” Baysarova said.
The title of "Honored Artist of South Ossetia" was also awarded to the artistic director of the Chechen Group "Vainakh" and a number of artists.
