The Embassy of South Ossetia in Russia expressed condolences to the people and government of the Russian Federation in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall. The national flag of the Republic is flown at half-mast over the Embassy building.
The Embassy sent a telegram of condolences to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“The news of the terrorist attack was received by people of South Ossetia with deep pain and sorrow. This crime is shocking in its cruelty and cynicism. Shooting at peaceful, defenseless people is barbarity and atrocity for which there is no justification. South Ossetia strongly condemns this cruel crime against civilians,” the telegram says.
The Embassy also sent a telegram of condolences to the Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov.
