A colorful show with a concert program, competitions and various entertainment events for young residents of the Republic was organized on the Theater Square of Tskhinval on Saturday - Children's Day.
The holiday was opened by the choreographic group under the administration of the city of Tskhinval “Iron”, performing the dance “Simd”.
On behalf of President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev, Children's Ombudsman Aelita Dzhioeva congratulated the heroes of the occasion.
“Today’s holiday reminds us all of the great responsibility that we bear for you, our beautiful children, for your carefree and happy childhood. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to parents, educators, teachers, medical and social workers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and everyone who is responsible for the health and protection of the rights and freedoms of our minor children,” she has noted.
Dzhioeva wished the young residents of the Republic a peaceful sky above their heads, happiness, health and a happy summer holiday.
Competitions for drawing on asphalt, for the best costume, etc. were organized for the participants of the festive show.
The children were also treated to ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy and balloons.
The organizers created a festive atmosphere and gave the little guests a great mood.
