Representatives of South Ossetia took part in the VII educational program for young compatriots “Reading the blockade Book” in St. Petersburg.
The laureates of the competition of the Russian House in Tskhinval “Leningrad - Memory of Generations” were delegated to the Forum.
According to the press service of the Russian House, the Republic was adequately represented at the event.
“Zarina Dzhioeva (Vakhtana School), Anna Tedeeva (School No. 3 of Tskhinval) and Dmitry Pliev (Balta School) were accompanied by the teacher of Russian language and literature of the Vakhtana School Sofia Tskhovrebova. They visited the Lenrezerv exhibition center, participated in the laying of a garland of memory at the Piskarevsky cemetery, and traveled along the Road of Life route to Ladoga,” the organization has noted.
The Russian House has added that interactive classes were organized for schoolchildren, and round tables were organized for teachers.
The trip to the Forum took place with the support of the Russian House in Tskhinval.
