As part of participation in the federal program "We are Russia", the State Song and Dance Group "Simd" gave seven solo concerts in the cities of the North Caucasus Federal District.
The dancers performed in such cities as Makhachkala, Kaspiysk, Grozny, Essentuki, Zheleznovodsk.
“From June 29 to July 2, “Simd” performed in Makhachkala and Kaspiysk. Then it went to Grozny, where on July 3 it performed on the stage of the Vainakh Concert Hall. The tour route continued in the Stavropol Territory: on July 5, two concerts took place - a matinee in Essentuki, an evening performance in Zheleznovodsk,” the Rosconcert Telegram channel says.
They presented to the audience an exciting concert program "Lights of the Caucasus: the dancing world of mountain peaks", which included traditional dances, songs and music not only of South Ossetia, but also of the peoples of the North Caucasus.
