Young people from South Ossetia will take part in the Forum "The Future of the Russian World"

South Ossetia has been invited to the International Youth Forum "The Future of the Russian World" in Moscow. The event is organized by the government of the Russian capital together with the Moscow House of Compatriots.

The Forum is open to young Russian compatriots born in 1989-2006 who live outside of Russia.

As reported by the organizers, the Forum is held with the aim of strengthening ties with young Russian compatriots living abroad, expanding and strengthening the community of young Russian compatriots.

The organizers have also noted that the event will contribute to the development of the intellectual and creative potential of the talented youth, the promotion of Russian culture, language and history in the countries where compatriots live.

"The Forum participants will have the opportunity to receive free training in in-demand skills in public diplomacy, international relations and modern media, they will be rewarded for their significant contribution to the development of the compatriots movement, expand their ties and integrate into the international community," the organizing committee has noted.

The finalists who have passed the competitive selection will be invited to Moscow to participate in master classes, business games and cultural events. The expenses will be covered by the organizers.

Following the events, three participants will receive incentive awards from the Moscow House of Compatriots for their significant contribution to the development of the movement of young Russian compatriots in 2024.

The event will be held in Moscow from December 3 to 8, 2024.

Registration of participants will take place from October 25 to November 12, 2024. Participants will need to fill out a questionnaire, attach the necessary documents and prepare a video about their achievements in the compatriots’ movement in 2024.
