South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev accepted the invitation to attend a dinner on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Alan Gagloev's press Secretary, Natalya Bosikova, told reporters.
"A dinner on behalf of the Russian President was organized for the heads of foreign delegations arrived for the proud events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Alan Eduardovich accepted the invitation and is at the gala event with his colleagues," Bosikova said.
She has added that Vladimir Putin greeted the foreign leaders who arrived in Moscow.
A dinner on behalf of the Russian President is being held in the Grand Kremlin Palace.
