A citizen of South Ossetia Tamaz Kachmazov, released from the Georgian prison, has returned today to the Republic and has met with his family in Tskhinval. This year it was the fourth release of our compatriot from the Georgian captivity. Tamaz Kachmazov was released from a Georgian prison yesterday, March 1.
Presidium of the South Ossetian Parliament decided to establish a commission to elaborate an instrument of political and legal assessment of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in August 2008.
