Representatives of South Ossetia took part in the XXIV International Scientific Conference of Students, Postgraduates and Scientists "Perspective-2021". The conference was held from 23 to 26 April in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

Among the participants is a researcher of the Economics Department of the Z.N. Vaneev South Ossetian Research Institute Vyacheslav Dzhabiev and Associate Professor of the Department of History and Caucasian Studies of the South Ossetian State University Taimuraz Tadtaev.

Victims of the Tsinagar tragedy have been commemorated in South Ossetia

A memorial meeting dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Tsinagar tragedy was held in South Ossetia.

On April 28, 1991, seven unarmed residents of the village. Tsinagar of Leningor region - Otar Margiev, Givi Bibilov, Slavik Chertkoev, Zaur Khubulov, Otar Khubulov, Tengiz Dudaev and Taimuraz Khubulov, defending their pastures from cattle theft, were killed by the Georgian aggressors. Among them was another resident of the village - Vasily Gigolaev, who miraculously escaped after multiple wounds.

The Boris Galaev State Song and Dance Group of South Ossetia "Simd" is preparing for the next tour to the Chechen Republic, artistic director of the group Radion Gularov told reporters at the press conference in Tskhinval.

“The first trip will be to the Chechen Republic, then we plan to give two concerts in Vladikavkaz. We also plan to tour Kabardino-Balkaria, Adygea ... In the summer we will try to go to Sochi and Abkhazia,” said Gularov.

The State Song and Dance Group of South Ossetia "Simd" has recently performed with great success in the Republic of Dagestan.
