The question of ratifying the Agreement between the governments of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation "On the international motor traffic" was discussed at today's meeting of the Committee for Foreign Affairs and Inter-parliamentary Relations of the Parliament of South Ossetia, chaired by the Committee Chairman Yuri Dzitstsoity.
All works on fixation of the line of demarcation of the state border between the Republic of South Ossetia and Georgia are carried out in full accordance with the legislation of the Republic of South Ossetia. The Ossetian athlete, the world champion Rustam Chsiev will perform at the U.S. national championship in grappling, which will be held in June, 2013 in the U.S. city of Moristaun. According to the fighter, he will be performing in the open weight category.

Dzitstsoity stressed that South Ossetia had repeatedly raised the question of their participation in the meetings of the PACE.

An essay contest arranged by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the theme "The truth of a man is - what makes him a man," was completed in South Ossetia. The contest was held among the students of educational institutions of the Republic.
