A state border – is one of the attributes of the modern state. Any state supposes the border, the protection and the guard of which expresses its state sovereignty.
In the terms of the unaccomplished conflict between the Republic of South Ossetia and Georgia and the non-recognition by the last one of the sovereignty of RSO, the passing of the border between the two states is specified by the Decree-law 2 The-All-Georgian Central Executive Committee and the Council of the National Commissar of the Georgian SSR "About the foundation of the Autonomous region of South-Ossetia" from April 22 1922.
During the last 20 years South Ossetia and Georgia have been found themselves in the condition of the open armed opposition, in the result of which in August 2008, by support of the Russian Federation, Republic of South Ossetia became the recognized sovereign state.

He had no time to understand, but had felt on himself, how people, like him, like us, wrested his hand and leg, pricked out his eyes, cauterized his body with blowtorch. Surely he regretted that he had born on this "white" world. The people, who had been thirsting for the ossetian blood so much had not left these 12 ossetians any desire to live ,having had tested on them all the tortures, one only could invented.

The statements that the championship, conducting nowadays under the aegis of the Worldwide Association of Futsal (WAF) in Columbia, is not a serious measure and nobody would not acknowledge it, because it has been conducting by the "private company", has been lately emerged on some of the georgian electronic mass media and does not correspond to reality. The terrible war in August 2008г has made us to outlive the tragic days, which will never wiped off our memory. It seems that the citizens of South Ossetia are accustomed to shooting, after all we have been firing by our "neighbours» for 20 years. The only thought about the war make the tears instinctively emerged in my eyes. When that terrible night of 7-8 of August the firing of our republic started, I was at home with my sister. Having heard the first blasts, we have at once understood that it was -war!
We dashed to run into the cellar, we were so frightened, we thought, we would not live till the morning.
