The Head of the Ministry of Emergency of Russia will transfer the humanitarian aid to South Ossetia

Today the Ministry of Emergency of Russia will deliver 116 tons of humanitarian aid.to South Ossetia As informed by the President`s Administration of the RSO, a column, consisting of 11 trucks, will arrive at the central square of Tskhinval by noon. The head of the Ministry of Emergency of Russia Sergey Shojgu will visit the Republic for transferring the cargo to the authorities of South Ossetia.

«The action is carried out within the frames of the interdepartmental humanitarian action -" Mutual aid. Cooperation. Safety". On arrival of the column in Tskhinval, the humanitarian cargo will be handed over to the Ministry of Emergency of South Ossetia», - has been noted at the President`s Administration. It should be reminded, that the interdepartmental humanitarian action «Mutual aid. Cooperation. Safety» is being conducted in South Ossetia the third time. Ten Russian departments and ministries are participating in it. The action is being conducted in accordance with the appeal of the President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity to the Russian Federation leadership for rendering humanitarian aid to the population of the Republic and in accordance with the decision adopted by the President of the Russian Federation
