The foreign ministers of South Ossetia and Abkhazia have discussed issues of bilateral cooperation

Minister for Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia David Sanakoev has arrived in the Republic of Abkhazia on a working visit.
As IA "Res" has been informed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia, in Sukhum David Sanakoev met with Foreign Minister of Abkhazia Vyacheslav Chirikba.
"During the meeting they discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and further development of relations between the two countries", - has been noted at the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia.
They underlined that an exchange of views had also took place in connection with adoption of the UN General Assembly on July 3, 2012 resolution "Situation of Internally Displaced Persons and Refugees from Abkhazia, Georgia and the Tskhinval region / South Ossetia, Georgia."
"Both sides expressed the view that the document would significantly complicate the course of the Geneva talks," – has been said at the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia.
In addition, according to the Foreign Ministry of the Republic, during the meeting Sanakoev and Chirikba discussed the development and signing of the plan of consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia and Abkhazia in 2013-2014 years.
