Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov and South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov inspected the reconstructed facilities in Tskhinval. They were accompanied by Prime Minister Rostislav Khugaev, Deputy Prime Minister Domenty Kulmbegov, Minister of Construction Edward Dzagoev and Minister of Culture Makharbeg Kokoev. Surkov has seen the construction of a number of facilities in the center of the South Ossetian capital - the State Drama Theatre, State Museum, government buildings, sports complex by Alina Kabaeva.
The Minister of Culture spoke about the already finished new project of the future theater building, noting that its area is 7500 square meters.
"According to the new project is saved only the facade of the former building. Realization of this project requires about two billion rubles," - said Makharbeg Kokoev.
Vladislav Surkov and the government officials also inspected the museum building under construction. Currently, according to the Minister of Culture, all of the exhibits, which include more than 3,500 copies, are stored in North Ossetia since 1992.
"Last year, we started the construction, it is now ready the basement part, the storehouse, but the construction has been suspended," - said the Minister.
According to the Minister of Construction Edward Dzagoev, now is the process of transferring the project to another contractor that is the reason of the delay in construction.
The Minister has also noted that all the still unfinished facilities with timely financing will be completed in 2015.
"There are some difficulties with the transition to the system work", - said Dzagoev.
According to Surkov, it`s necessary to set priorities, identify common issues rather than individual problems.
"If all the money is not enough, you need to decide what is more important - the construction of a museum or housing for people. It is necessary to assess the real needs," - said Surkov.
The working group also inspected the progress of construction of the complex of government buildings, which should be completed in late November - early December.
At the same time, Leonid Tibilov noted that a year ago, "at this site builders were saying the same things."
Vladislav Surkov has also seen a sports complex being built with the assistance of Alina Kabaeva Charity Foundation and a micro district «Moscow», built at the expense of Moscow.
Today has also taken place a working visit of the Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Rashid Nurgaliyev to Leningor district of South Ossetia.
Leonid Tibilov, Vladislav Surkov and Rashid Nurgaliyev also visited the "Bagiata plant for production and bottling of mineral water" in Dzau district, where the director Roland Tedeev told the guests about the recently introduced new technologies.
