Presidents of South Ossetia and Republika Srpska held official talks

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov and the head of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik during the official talks discussed prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia, January 10, within the framework of an official visit of the President of the RSO to the Republika Srpska Anatoly Bibilov met with Milorad Dodik.
As reported by the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry, during the conversation the parties discussed prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation, in particular, in the humanitarian and cultural fields. An exchange of views took place on urgent international problems; some issues of mutual interest were also touched upon.
President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik has reaffirmed his commitment to developing comprehensive relations with South Ossetia and has expressed confidence that the documents adopted as a result of the negotiations will serve as a factor in the development of the legal framework for bilateral relations.
President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, in turn, has expressed his deep gratitude to the head of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik for the hospitality, warm and friendly reception and invited Milorad Dodik to South Ossetia on August 26 to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the recognition of the independence of the Republic of South Ossetia by the Russian Federation.
