The administration of the city of Tskhinval and the municipality of Gradara, the province of Pesaro and Urbino (Italy) signed an agreement on cooperation.
Aссording to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia, the document was signed within the framework of the visit to Italy of the Foreign Minister of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev and the head of the administration of the Republic's capital Alan Kochiev.
Alan Kochiev and Mayor of Gradara Filippo Gasperi signed the agreement.
The agreement will promote mutually beneficial cooperation in trade and economy, education and social sphere, culture, architecture and art, sports and tourism, as well as other areas of mutual interest,"
In addition, Alan Kochiev and Filippo Gasperi agreed to hold joint conferences, seminars, cultural events with the participation of art and creative teams of the two cities.
After the signing ceremony, the sides exchanged memorable gifts.
