The county police are not in a position to disarm all unreliable persons, since in the county there are not a small number of such persons with weapons in their hands. With the suppression of the Tskhinvali uprising, it was necessary to disarm all residents of the Tskhinval and the. mountain -Ossetian regions and continue disarming unreliable persons in other areas …
