Listen: About the arrangement of the population of the devastated areas of South Ossetia in winter apartments.
Decided: To create a commission of five representatives: from the Revolutionary Committee, the Party Committee, and from the departments: social security, health and food departments to examine the premises of the population of these areas in general and to develop specific measures on all issues of assistance to them.
Heard: On the creation of a grain fund for the department.
Resolved: To allocate five hundred pounds of corn from the food department stocks and reserve the indicated amount for social security,
