We have written a letter to the Russian Federation with a proposal for mutual recognition of certificates. The certificates will be issued to Russian citizens vaccinated on the territory of South Ossetia and the citizens of the Republic of South Ossetia. They will have the same legal force and will be recognized on the territory of the Russian Federation, "the Minister specified.
