President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov met with Zaur Abduragimov, Chairman of the interregional public organization "Federation of service and applied training of security forces" K-9 ", the press service of the head of state reported.
Greeting the guest, Anatoly Bibilov noted that Zaur Abduragimov had done a lot for South Ossetia in terms of the development of sports, which cannot but arouse gratitude from the entire people of the Republic.
“Thank you for your attention to the sport and directly in terms of its martial arts. The events and competitions that you hold, first of all, are a direct impact on our youth in terms of health and sports, which cannot but rejoice. Young guys who want to go in for sports, directly in hand-to-hand combat, without rules, will find their place in K-9 and will adequately represent the Republic of South Ossetia,” the President said.
In turn, Zaur Abduragimov has noted that the organization he represents for many years has been actively organizing competitions in service-applied and military types of all-around among cadets of military-patriotic centers and representatives of law enforcement agencies, oversees numerous regional, all-Russian and international martial arts competitions.
“In May of this year, within the framework of the Federation's international calendar plan, instructors conducted advanced training courses for representatives of the security forces of South Ossetia. The classes were conducted by one of the best instructors of the international level. They helped to improve the level of training of law enforcement officers.
The security forces of South Ossetia are on duty, are engaged in the security of their country, residents, and they need to constantly be in good combat readiness. We intend to include the holding of tournaments in South Ossetia in our calendar on a regular basis in the future.
South Ossetia is our native country, which we value and love. The great Alania culture is appreciated all over the world. And I am always pleased to come to South Ossetia and see worthy defenders of the Motherland who are ready to give their lives for it,” he said.
For his outstanding contribution to the development of service-applied and special training among special-purpose units, Zaur Abduragimov presented the head of the South Ossetian state with a diploma from the Federation of service-applied training of security forces "K-9" and specialists of security agencies.
