Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia will arrive in South Ossetia on a working visit. The delegation will be headed by Interior Minister of Abkhazia Walter Butba, the press service of the South Ossetian law enforcement agency reports.
In Tskhinval, the guests will be received by Minister of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia, Valery Gazzaev.
“As part of the visit, which is scheduled for March 1, a working meeting will be held on the issues of interdepartmental cooperation. The heads of departments will discuss the work on the exchange of experience in the relevant departments, joint measures to combat crime, as well as the issues of increasing the level of security in the countries,” the press service said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs added, the program of the delegation's visit included the laying of flowers at the memorial complex to the Defenders of Ossetia and a visit to the National Museum.
