In October the interregional festival “Territory of Peace” in North Ossetia-Alania will bring together journalists from all over the North Caucasus and South Ossetia.
According to the Committee for Press and Mass Communications of North Ossetia-Alania, the event will be held on October 24-27 and will be aimed at developing basic approaches to the correct and high-quality use of the capabilities of the media in the field of countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism.
As part of the festival program, there will be a plenary session, lectures and master classes from experts in the field of international studies, Caucasian and Islamic studies, information security and others.
As part of the festival, a music competition “Spark” is being held for the best performance of a humanistic hip-hop composition. Both individual authors and creative teams from all over the North Caucasus Federal District can take part in the competition. Applications will be accepted until October 10, 2023.
To participate in the competition, one must send an application and an audio file lasting from 1 to 5 minutes to the email address [email protected].
The 10 best, in the opinion of the competition commission, performers will take part in the final concert with the participation of a special guest, as part of the closing of the festival. The concert will be the final stage of the competition, following which 3 winners will be selected. Cash prizes are set for three winners in the amount of 50, 30 and 20 thousand rubles.
The competition commission will include representatives of the musical community and state authorities of North Ossetia.
