A gala reception will be held in the capital of South Ossetia for the Day of National Unity, the head of the Russian House in Tskhinval, Sergei Komissarov, told the “Res” news agency.
“On November 3, the gala reception, which will be organized, attended by the leadership of South Ossetia, representatives of the Russian Embassy in the Republic, Russian compatriots, the public, and guests of the celebration. Also, in honor of the National Unity Day, we invited the team of the Zykina state academic Russian folk group “Russia,” Komissarov said.
As noted by the head of Rossotrudnichestvo, the National Unity Day unites Russia and South Ossetia.
Sergei Komissarov has emphasized that many fighters from South Ossetia are on the front line in the special military operation, supporting Russia.
On November 4, people of South Ossetia together with Russia will be celebrating the National Unity Day. This holiday symbolizes the day of unity of different peoples.
National Unity Day is one of the youngest public holidays. It has being celebrated on November 4 since 2005.
