Plenipotentiary Representative of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia in the Benelux countries Radion Pukhaev took part in the XVII regional conference of compatriots living in Europe and North America.
The event took place on April 20-21 in Istanbul.
According to the press service of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry, the conference dedicated to the preservation of Russian traditional spiritual and moral values was attended by heads of coordination councils of organizations of Russian compatriots, members of the Regional and World Coordination Councils of Russian compatriots, and representatives of communities from 37 states.
For his significant contribution to the development of the movement of Russian compatriots abroad, Radion Pukhaev was awarded the honorary badge of the World Coordination Council of Russian compatriots living abroad.
