In Tskhinval, another fighter, Alan Alborov, perished, while performing his military duty in the, Special Military Operation was given his last farewell with military honors.
Alan was only 26 years old. The young fighter was fighting as part of the Sarmat battalion.
The leadership of the Republic, led by President Alan Gagloev, as well as friends and relatives of the deceased came to see off the fighter on his final journey.
“Alan was a bright man, a valiant and brave son. Today, Alan's friend Azamat is also being seen off on his final journey. They went together to the special operation zone, fighting shoulder to shoulder, and today they are seeing off,” the representative of the Alborov family said at the rally.
It was also noted that Alan was distinguished by modesty and had the qualities of a true patriot, an Ossetian. At the rally it was talked about his sports career, emphasizing that he had been boxing for a long time, reached great heights in the sport, and had a huge number of awards.
By decree of the head of state, Alan Alborov was awarded (posthumously) the “Defender of the Fatherland” medal.
