After processing 87% of the ballots, four political parties have entered the Parliament of South Ossetia, the Central Election Commission of the Republic reports.
Elections to the VIII convocation Parliament took place in South Ossetia on Sunday.
“This is the People’s Party - 15.41% (3186 votes), the Communist Party - 7.12% (1472 votes), United Ossetia - 30.32% (6267 votes) and Nykhas - 29.93% (6174 votes),” - the Commission has listed.
In total, the Parliament of South Ossetia has included 17 deputies from the parties and 17 single-members.
The turnout in the parliamentary elections in South Ossetia was 72.32%. According to the Central Election Commission, the number of voters included in the lists of precinct election commissions in South Ossetia exceeded 29 thousand.
The final results of the elections to the VIII convocation of parliament will be published within a week.
