South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev will take part in the Caucasus Investment Forum (CIF-2024), which will be held in Grozny from July 15 to 17. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
The South Ossetian delegation will also include Prime Minister Konstantin Dzhussoev, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance Dzambolat Tadtaev, Minister of Economic Development Sarmat Kotaev, and head of the Republican State Unitary Enterprise "Energoresurs - South Ossetia" Atsamaz Kabisov.
The Caucasus Investment Forum is held annually in the interests of sustainable socio-economic development of the North Caucasus Federal District.
The main theme of CIF-2024 is "Greater Caucasus - from sea to sea". The agenda of the event is devoted to key issues of development of the North Caucasus Federal District with the aim of ensuring investment attractiveness and accelerated development of the region's economy and social sphere.
"The architecture of the business program includes a wide range of thematic areas devoted to issues of infrastructure development, housing and communal services and energy, the agro-industrial complex, tourism and logistics industries, support for entrepreneurial initiatives, promising projects, including in the field of public-private partnership, implementation of youth policy and much more," the statement says.
The Forum will be attended by heads of government bodies, representatives of Russian and international companies in the tourism business, agro-industrial complex, construction, transport and logistics and banking sectors operating in the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts, as well as the CIS countries, the Caspian and Black Sea basins.
The organizer of CIF-2024 is the Roscongress Foundation with the support of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
