A working meeting of the heads of Councils of young diplomats of the MFA of South Ossetia and the MFA of Russia was held in Moscow. The meeting took place on December 10, the press service of the MFA of the Republic reports.
"Alexey Sanakoev and Ekaterina Akopyan, who have recently headed the Council of Young Diplomats of the MFA of the Russian Federation, as well as the Head of the Department of Youth, Sports Cooperation and Tourism of the Department for Multilateral Humanitarian Cooperation and Cultural Relations of the MFA of Russia, the Head of the Commission of the Public Council under Rossotrudnichestvo for International Humanitarian and Youth Cooperation Konstantin Kolpakov have discussed prospects for bilateral and multilateral cooperation," the report reads.
Mutual understanding was expressed on expanding contacts and assisting South Ossetia in strengthening international ties within the framework of youth diplomacy activities.
