On Wednesday, Acting Foreign Minister of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev received the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Delegation in the Republic, Said Assadullah, and the head of the ICRC Delegation's Protection Department, Marko Doshlyak.
According to the Foreign Ministry's press service, during the meeting, a number of practical issues related to the ICRC's humanitarian activities in South Ossetia were discussed, and the views were exchanged on some topical aspects of cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by Taimuraz Dzhidzhoyev, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the South Ossetian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Vanda Bolotaeva, Deputy Head of the ICRC Delegation.
