The South-Ossetian State University and the Russian Society "Knowledge" signed a cooperation agreement, the University's press service told IA "Res.
"The cooperation agreement was signed at the Russian Society "Knowledge" headquarters in Moscow by Rector of the South-Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev and the Russian Society "Knowledge" Deputy General Director Georgy Budny.
The subject of this Agreement is the establishment of partnership and the development of long-term international cooperation within the parties' respective fields of activity," the press service has noted
The meeting was then held, during which the heads of the organizations discussed the 2026 action plan.
Alexander Selivanov, Deputy Director of the Department of International Activities and the Department for Work with Regions, also participated in the meeting.
"The priority is to organize and deliver lectures by lecturers from the Knowledge Society on key topics, registering the South-Ossetian State University staff as lecturers for the Russian Society, opening the Knowledge Lecture Hall for lectures according to the established brand book, providing the information support for the events, screenings of popular science films, and implementing the projects 'Knowledge. Game,' 'Knowledge. Lecturer,' 'Lecturer,' and others," the University has stated.
In addition to the above, a number of events are planned to coincide with February 23, May 9, and other memorable dates in the Russian Federation and South Ossetia, the University has noted.
