South Ossetia is ready for a second round of presidential elections in the Republic. As reported to IA "Res" by the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of South Ossetia Bella Plieva, 40 000 ballots have already been printed and sent to the territorial and divisional election committees.
According to her, the lists of voters have included 39,790 people.
"As in all previous rounds the passports of the voted electorate will be sealed again. The form of the stamp has been changed again, it will be right-angled,"- said Plieva. CEC has also noted that all polling stations are ready for the election. "The number of polling stations has not changed; they are still 84, including the two polls in the village of Upper Ruck in Dzausky district for the citizens of South Ossetia, living in the territory of North Ossetia. One poll will be functioning in Moscow, in the Embassy of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation"-clarified Plieva.
