Tonight the posts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia Republic, located on border with Georgia, and the inhabited quarters of the southern outskirts of Tshinval have again undergone the massed shelling. The shelling was conducted from 23:30pm during 30 minutes from the automatic weapon and the special weapon, equipped with the devices of silent firing, from the Georgian villages Nikozi and Ergneti. The weapon emplacements of the attacked aggressors have been suppressed by a reciprocal fire.

The delegation of NGO «Geneva Col» has arrived to South Ossetia Republic. The structure of the delegation entered the president of NGO «Geneva Col» Elizabeth Ryusse-Dekrej, the officer under the programs of NGO «Geneva Col» Markus Haake, the representative of NGO «Geneva Col» in the Caucasus Mekhmet Balchi, the representative in NGO «Geneva Col» from the Georgian side Narina Berikashvili.

The co-chairmen of the Joint Control Commission are notified of the fact of placing of an illegal post of the Georgian police on the site of the road Tskhinval-Znaur by the commander of JPKF Marat Kulakhmetov.

On February, 14th, 2007 the artificial hearth of intensity is once again initiated by the uncoordinated actions of the employees of Karelian department of Shida-Kartli management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. In the second half of the day in the area of the georgian-populated village Avnevi on the site of the road Tskhinval-Znauri an illegal post is placed by the Georgian police.

As it is known, there is a special order of moving of the cargoes in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. It provides for the preliminary coordination of the given question between the south-ossetian and the georgian parties.

At the moment on the fact of detention of the citizens of the ossetian nationality by the Georgian Special Forces, the representatives of JPKF and the mission of OSCE have driven over to the place of the incident in the area of the georgian-populated village Vanati.

Tonight on the southern outskirts of Tskhinval the Georgian diversive groups has once again maid an attempt to penetrate simultaneously into the territory of the town in several places. The correspondent of «Res» has been informed about it at the Ministry of Defence and emergency situations of South Ossetia Republic.

A next coil of intensity is riping in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. As it became known to the correspondent of the agency \"Res\", at present in the Georgian village Eredvi, which is temporarily not under the control of the authorities of South Ossetia Republic, takes place the meeting of the inhabitants of the Georgian part of the village Pris. The holders of the meeting express indignation of the again aggravated situation in the zone of the conflict, of the renewed night firings, in the course of which there are victims from the both sides.

The expected recognition of Kosovo, undoubtedly, will expedite the inevitable recognition of South Ossetia and other countries, which have declared themselves independent, despite of the obligatory in this case clauses of the Euro structures and the USA about the unique situation, which cannot become the precedent.

The acting Deputy Prime-Minister of the Government of South Ossetia Republic, the Co-chairman of the south-ossetian part of JCC Boris Chochiev has accepted the Head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia the Ambassador Roy Riv under his request. Earlier Roy Riv met with the co-chairmen of the Russian and Georgian parties of JCC.
During the meeting was discussed the question of carrying out of the meeting of JCC within the limits of an existing format. Roy Riv has expressed concern over the fact, that the session of JCC did not take place for so long time and no decisions were accepted, that negatively reflects the georgian-ossetian relations and on the further course of the negotiating process, and also the realization of economic projects of rehabilitation of the zone of the conflict.
