The acting Deputy Prime-Minister of the government of South Ossetia Republic, the Co-chairman of the South-Ossetian part of JCC Boris Chochiev has directed letters to the co-chairman of JCC from the Russian party Juriy Popov, the co-chairman of JCC from the North-Ossetian party Murat Тkhostov, the co-chairman of JCC from the Georgian party Merab Antadze, and also to the Head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia Roy Riv on occasion of holding of an advisory meeting in Tskhinval for the discussion of carrying out of the next session of JCC.

From today the Georgian side has blocked the movement on the piece of the Trans-Caucasian main Tamarasheni-Kekhvi. We have been informed about it at the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia Republic. The special additional contingent of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia is brought here; it unauthorized and illegally examines the passing citizens of South Ossetia Republic.

The meeting of the co-chairman of JCC from the south-ossetian side Boris Chochiev with the head of the mission of OSCE in Georgia Roy Riv has taken place. The head of the apparatus of the co-chairman of the south-ossetian part of JCC Leonid Tibilov and the head of the office of mission of OSCE in Tskhinval Bozhidar Dimitrov were also present at the meeting.

The Georgian management continues delegating its representatives on the performance under the name of a «temporary administration of Kurta collective farm». This time the supreme ecclesiastics of Georgia led by the Catholicos Ilya II take part in the representation. According to the available information, the arrived are going to take part in the foundation laying of the nunnery. The given action is carried out within the limits of realization of the policy on the actual registration of the Kurta government led by Dmitriy Sanakoev in the Georgian legal field.

The carrying mode for the citizens of ossetian nationality, passing through the territory of Georgia to Leningori region of South Ossetia Republic, has become tougher. Despite the before reached agreements between the parties all the ossetians are detained and examined at the Georgian posts.

The Georgian side continues the introduction of new methods on discredit of South Ossetia Republic. With this purpose, the so-called «alternative government», appearing in various mass-media, names itself as «the government of South Ossetia Republic», intentionally making a mess in the informational space. Besides the obvious to the secret-service group of the purpose of disinformation of the world community, Georgia on behalf of Dmitriy Sanakoev and his surroundings tries to appropriate itself the prestige of the legitimate authorities of South Ossetia Republic.

As it is known, a tense, purposeful work on normalization of the relations between the conflicting parties and on rise of trust is being carried out by the south-ossetian side within the limits of the Joint Control Commission on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict. At the same time numerous statements of the representatives of the supreme political management of Georgia and the actions of the subordinated to it power structures of Georgia destabilize the situation in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict.

«Mikhail Saakashvili shows his political cards and plans concerning South Ossetia Republic». The correspondent of the agency «Res» was informed about it by the Co-chairman of JCC from the south-ossetian side Boris Chochiev, making comments on the statement of the president of Georgia on creation of a temporary administrative unit in South Ossetia. «The culmination of the three-year political tricks is the destruction of the existing negotiating process. Particularly the replacement of Russia from it. Georgia also searches for an occasion to charge South Ossetia in non-constructivity, thus Russia is declared as an inefficient intermediary in the negotiating process. As a result Georgia as though justifies the ultimate goal of its actions - the power action», Boris Chochiev has told.

On March, 25th the representatives of the Kurta-Kekhvi government have distributed brochures of provocative character among the private businessmen, leaving Tskhinval for Tbilisi market "Lilo". The brochures were distributed through the drivers of the buses, going to the market "Lilo" from villages, temporarily uncontrollable to the authorities of South Ossetia Republic, located on part of the Trans-Caucasian mail Tamarasheni-Kekhvi, being Georgians by nationality.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Republic is compelled to ascertain with a deep regret, that the management of Georgia unilaterally not only actually breaks the negotiating process on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict, but also undertakes further actions, meaningly directed at its aggravation.
