President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov took part in the international conference dedicated to the memory of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia Vitaly Churkin.
President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, congratulated the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on the day of the revival of Artsakh, the press service of the head of state reports.
“On behalf of the leadership, the people of the Republic of South Ossetia and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you and your people on the national holiday - the Day of Revival of Artsakh,” the message reads.
Anatoly Bibilov has noted that the events of February 20, 1988 became a turning point in the life of the Artsakh people.
The agreement, signed between the foreign ministries of South Ossetia and Artsakh, involves holding interdepartmental, political consultations, exchanging views on international and regional issues said at a press conference in Tskhinval the Artsakh Foreign Minister Masis Mailyan.
President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, received a delegation of Nagorno-Karabakh, led by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Masis Mayilyan.
The head of state noted the importance of the Agreement signed today between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia and Artsakh.
At a briefing in Tskhinvali, South Ossetian foreign Minister Dmitry Medoev has noted that the Republic and Artsakh not only have a similar history of the development of the states, but they also have tragic events, answering the question of the correspondent of IA "RES" about the readiness of Artsakh to assist in the recognition of the genocide of South Ossetia.
