"There is nothing new in the statement of the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili that in August 2008 it was Georgia that started the war," said the news agency "Res" Presidential Envoy of South Ossetia on post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev, commenting on Ivanishvili`s statement that the war in August 2008 had been launched by the top leadership of Georgia.
