In connection with the temporary restrictive measures introduced in Russia, including, but not limited to, the procedure for crossing the state border of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia considers it expedient to provide assistance to residents of the Republic who are entitled to obtain RSO citizenship in a simplified manner, and the possibility of returning to RSO to places permanent residence on the basis of a certificate of return to the Republic, drawn up in the prescribed manner.

President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, proposed his own version of the law of the Republic of South Ossetia "On the social protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of South Ossetia," the state press service reports.

Earlier, the Parliament passed the law and sent it to the head of state for signature. In accordance with Part 3, Article 71 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia, the president proposed his own version of the law "On the social protection of disabled people in the Republic of South Ossetia."
