The South-Ossetian part of JCC is assured, that neither OSCE, nor the international community will not have any moral right to accuse the delegation of the South-Ossetian part of JCC that it has refrained from a trip to Tbilisi. It is spoken about in the official comment of the South-Ossetian part of JCC.
«As it is known, one of these days the georgian party has the next time frustrated the holding of a plenary session of the Joint Control Commission on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict, having accused in it the south-ossetian party, that only asked for international guarantees of safety for the members of the delegation of the South-Ossetian part of JCC. Thus, the state minister on settlement of conflicts of Georgia David Bakradze on a background of the before sounded threats of physical violence over the management of the South-Ossetian part of JCC has declared, that Georgia at the highest level gives all the necessary guarantees, and that «they will be in full safety on the territory of Georgia».
And the next day D.Bakradze has declared, making comments on the statements of the management of the South-Ossetian part of JCC: «In the nearest future much of them should be responsible for concrete actions on this or that post».
The South-Ossetian part of JCC also expresses gratitude to David Bakradze, the rash statements of which have shown, that his previous assurances in safety of the delegation of the South-Ossetian part of JCC were only cheap propaganda, called to mislead the public opinion.
The words of Bakradze once again show the rightness of fears of the south-ossetian delegation that has refused to go on a plenary session of JCC to Tbilisi without international guarantees. The statements of the Georgian state minister once again confirm that a provocation was being planned in Tbilisi against a delegation of the South-Ossetian part of JCC. Probably, not casually that OSCE has not dared to guarantee safety to the south-ossetian delegation in Tbilisi, despite the corresponding inquiry of the South-Ossetian part of JCC.
After these words of Bakradze we are assured, that neither OSCE nor the international community will have any moral right to accuse the delegation of the South-Ossetian part of JCC that it has refrained from a trip to Tbilisi. But, carrying out a policy of double standards, they do not give an objective estimation to the actions of Georgia».
