The Supreme Court of South Ossetia postponed today's open trial against Teimuraz Dzherapova in relation to his involvement in 2006 "alternative" election of South Ossetia's president and his activities as a minister of economy in the so-called "Interim Administration" of Sanakoev until August 2008.

As the Supreme Court of South Ossetia reported to IA RES, the beginning of the trial was delayed due to the absence of one of the witnesses.
It is worth reminding that in 2006, Dzherapov was wanted for the crimes committed on the territory of South Ossetia. On April 22, 2010 he was detained by law enforcement bodies of the Republic while attempted crossing of the state border of South Ossetia with Georgia.
