Today several bilateral agreements between South Ossetia and the Russian Federation have been signed in Tskhinval. The Agreement of establishment and conditions of the activity of the informational -cultural centers has been signed between the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF and the RSO Sergey Lavrov and Murat Dzhioev.
They have exchanged the note of implementing the agreement on mutual visa-free trips of the citizens of the RSO and the RF. It has been also signed the agreement of the principles of cooperation and conditions of interrelations in the field of transport. For the ossetian side the document has been signed by the Minister of economic development of the RSO Konstantin Koliev, for the Russian side - the Deputy Minister of transport of the RF Viktor Olerskiy. Viktor Olerskiy and the Head of the Ministry for Emergency situations of South Ossetia have signed the agreement on cooperation in the field of aircraft search and rescue.
