Initiative groups of the head coach of the Russian national team on free-style wrestling Dzhambolat Tedeev has submitted to the Supreme Court of South Ossetia necessary documents for consideration the appeal against the Central Election Committee of the RSO. As the press-service of the Supreme Court has informed the news agency "RES", « the documents necessary for consideration of the appeal, have been submitted to the Supreme Court tonight. The court verdict will be delivered on Thursday, October, 13».
It should be reminded, that on October, 7 the Supreme Court of the RSO has made a decision to abandon the application of Dzhambolat Tedeev, as the norms of the remedial legislation have been violated at its drawing up. The representatives of the initiative group of Tedeev may correct the infringements till October, 11». It should be noticed that on October, 6 the head coach of the Russian national team on free-style wrestling Dzhambolat Tedeev has appealed to the Supreme Court of the RSO against a decision of the Central Election Committee. The representative of the Tedeev`s initiative group Sarmat Dzhussoev has addressed to the court. It is said in the Dzhussoev`s presentment that the Central Election Committee has refused to give the documents requested by the initiative group of Tedeev necessary for the juridical appeal against the decision of the Central Election Committee about refusal of registration of Dzhambolat Tedeev as the candidate for the Presidency. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of the RSO Bella Plieva has declared that, according to the current legislation, within twenty-four hours the Central Election Committee presented the decision about refusal of registration the presidential nominee of the RSO to the initiative group of Tedeev, and the documents, requested by him, the Central Election Committee can submit only to the Supreme Court after the corresponding inquiry. It should be reminded, that on September, 30 the group of supporters of the head coach of the Russian national team on free-style wrestling Dzhambolat Tedeev tried to break in the Central Election Committee of South Ossetia, where at that moment the question on his registration as the presidential candidate at the forthcoming elections on November, 13 was being discussed. As a result the work of the Central Election Committee session was deranged, and the crowd of Tedeev`s supporters was pushed aside by sub-unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RSO. Nevertheless, the Central Election Committee session has been held late at night, and following the results of the ballot Tedeev has been refused in registration as the presidential candidate.
