The fifth session of the Intergovernmental Commission on socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia has started in Moscow.
As reported by the government of South Ossetia, the issues of implementation of the investment program on promoting socio-economic development of the Republic in 2011, as well as drafting the investment program for 2012, 2013, will be considered at the session. The session will be chaired by the Minister for Regional Development Viktor Basargin and the Acting President of South Ossetia Vadim Brovtsev. The participants of the meeting will also discuss signing of the order of financial assistance to South Ossetia and the trade regime within the framework of the Investment Program.
