President of South OssetiaLeonid Tibilov has metwith members of thecommission on preparingfor celebrationof the Republic Dayon September 20. As the news agency "Res" has been reported by a presssecretary of the presidentGanaYanovskaya, "at the beginningof the meetingLeonid Tibilovnoted thaton September 20 South Ossetia would be celebrating the22-thanniversary of the proclamationof the Actof Independence.That day,according to the president, is one of the most significantfor theOssetian people, "- said Yanovskaya.
State Councilor of the presidentJhannaZasseevaintroduced those present to the draft programof celebrations, highlighted the technical aspectsand reportedon the preliminarylistof invitees.Onlythrough the Ministry ofForeign Affairsof South Ossetia25 people will arrive to participate in the celebrations.
According to Yanovskaya,due to the large-scale event,there are many issues to be resolved and the next meeting of the committeewill be held tomorrow, September 11.
