Khloponin: there are no problems with the South Ossetian side

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov has met with the delegation of the Russian Federation led by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin who has arrived in the Republic to participate in the 18th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission for Socio- Economic Cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
Anatoly Bibilov welcomed the guests, also congratulating them on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
"I want to wish good health to the people of Russia, successes and, of course, to achieve the goals set by the people and the President of Russia," Bibilov said.
The head of state also expressed his gratitude to Alexander Khloponin for his careful attitude to the processes in South Ossetia.
"This applies to the implementation of the investment program, construction of facilities, economic development, health care, education. This would have been impossible without the help of Russia, "the President said.
Bibilov has noted that the Russian and South Ossetian sides will discuss today important issues relating to joint work.
"We will also point out problematic issues and discuss projects that are actually being completed. The Investment program for 2015-2017, according to preliminary data, will be realized by more than 90%. We plan to increase this figure to 95%. I think that this is a good result of our joint work, "Bibilov continued.
The President has added that plans for 2018-2019, construction of important facilities, built into the Investment Program, will also be discussed.
Alexander Khloponin, in turn, has noted that there are no problems with the South Ossetian side and cannot be.
"We have working issues, because of which we meet. The Intergovernmental Commission is the formalization of such a large work that we carry out with your team, experts and specialists and formalize our further actions in order to be able to organize everything efficiently," said Khloponin.
He has specified that a series of questions is on the agenda.
"It`s a summing-up of the Investment Program by the end of the year, the formalization of our further plans for 2018-2019," Khloponin added. "Within two years we plan to allocate 4 billion roubles to South Ossetia for implementation of the Investment Program."
